Rial, especially with a lap full of toddler, has less skill at dodging then Plourr. That's probably why Gror the bantha bounces off his forehead and hits the floor, prompting Ianna to make a demanding noise and reach for it.

Rial briefly makes his patented sadface for Plourr, but gives up. He's too tired for sadfaces.

Also, to be honest, the bantha kind of didn't hurt at all.
